People who hurt others are often disconnected from themselves, their emotions, their accountability, or the impact of their behaviour. Healthy relationships require accountability and responsibility as well as compassion. The most important relationship we ever have is the one we have with ourselves. We focus on self identification of both harmful and healthy behaviours, as well as overcoming denial, setting boundaries with self and changing the way they behave and treat others. Using a compassionate, trauma informed approach, we support individuals to recognise relationship patterns, understand their own needs and communicate boundaries with confidence. By building a healthier relationship with yourself first, you can create safer, more respectful and more fulfilling connections with the people around you.

SEA Change is our specialist behaviour change programme, built on the foundations of SEA™, the Self Esteem Approach™. Where SEA™ develops healthy self worth and emotional resilience, SEA Change applies those principles to behaviour change, accountability and safer relationships. It supports people to overcome denial, recognise the impact of their behaviour on themselves and others, and build healthier patterns through guided reflection, structured learning and practical tools to manage thoughts, emotions and triggers.

CBT and DBT informed framework
Evidence informed tools from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy support self awareness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness and mindfulness, giving a balanced foundation for lasting change.

Flexible 6, 12, 18 or 24 session programmes
Delivery is tailored to each person's circumstances, level of insight and behavioural goals, so the length and intensity of support fits the individual.

Whole family approach
Behaviour does not occur in isolation. Victim safety comes first. While the participant engages in behaviour change work, family members are also supported, our team ensures safety first and multi-agency work as well as signposting so the whole family's wellbeing and safety are prioritised throughout.

Outcomes focused on lasting change
Specialist outcomes frameworks alongside the ASP™ (Age, Stage and Phase) model track self awareness, accountability, safer behaviours and healthier, more respectful relationships.
